The stage is set for Big Bear's favorite springtime celebration, Maifest. Pronounced "My-Fest", this German shindig - known as Oktoberfest's little sister - has gained popularity with its joyous and jubilant Oktoberfest-esque atmosphere but with a fresh, springtime vibe.

Big Bear Lake Maifest commences Saturday, May 17 with America's Heroes Weekend, a special tribute to U.S. Military, law enforcement, and firefighters. The festivities continue over Memorial Day Weekend - May 24 - 25 and May 31!

Make the celebration easier! During the event, the Free Big Bear Trolley gives complimentary rides to the Big Bear Lake Convention Center as one of the Trolley’s regular stops. Visit MountainTransit.org to view the routes and schedules and to view the Live Trolley Tracker.
If you are in a hurry to make it but missed the Trolley - hire Jazzy Bear Ride Service! They'll give you a lift to get where you need to be!
With limited parking capacity, Maifest encourages guests to hop on the Free Trolley, carpool, or use a ride service to and from the event.
