Mystery Maze
Fri & Sat from Oct 11 to Oct 26 from 5 PM - 9 PM with a special opening on Oct 31
The Big Bear Moose Lodge presents the Mystery Maze! It's the perfect activity for the whole family this Halloween. Find your way through darkness, mirrors, and more to escape to freedom! Tickets may be purchased at the door; Adults $5, 12 & under $3.
Trunk or Treat

Come by this unique trick or treating event to round off the season for Big Bear's newest farmers market at Swim Beach.
Not-So-Scary Tales
October 26, 7 PM
Join the community for a fun-filled Halloween variety show full of poetry, improv, music, and dance. Not So Scary Tales is a one night only fun Performing Arts Competition with four categories in Dance, Theatre, Vocal and Instrumental Music. Wear a Halloween costume and get a FREE concession treat. Kids: $10, Adults: $15, Seniors: $13
Treats & Trails

The Southern California Mountains Foundation is hosting their annual Treats & Trails event on the Rathbun Trail in Moonridge. Bring the kiddos, don your best Halloween costumes, an trick or treat.
Boo at The Zoo
Sat. Oct. 26, 10 AM - 3 PM
The Big Bear Alpine Zoo hosts Boo at the Zoo. Bring your children dressed in costumes ready to trick-or-treat while getting to know the Zoo's amazing animals. Boo at the Zoo is included in the general admission price.
Apothe-Scary Pop-Up Shop
Sat. Oct. 26, 2 PM - 6 PM
Join The Mystic Rose for their Pop Up Shop showcasing holistic services, amazing local vendors, and talented local artists! Grab a bite to eat, do some shopping, and enjoy the energy of community & collaboration Admission is free.
Paint a Pumpkin
Sat. Oct. 26, 5 PM - 7 PM
Paint a pumpkin to add to your spooky season decor! Barrel 33 provides the pumpkin, your first glass of wine & all paint supplies. Bring the family, all ages are welcome! $35 per person
Community Pumpkin Patch
Sat. Oct. 26, 10 AM - 2 PM
Hosted by the Big Bear Lions Club, this event invites community members (especially kids!) to come out and enjoy Halloween fun with a bounce house and carnival games. Each child under 12 years will also receive a FREE pumpkin to take home.
The Big Scare
October 25 - 30, 6 PM - 9 PM
Head to Swim Beach for multiple nights of thrills and chills at a FREE haunted maze. Get ready to navigate through twists and turns, encountering creepy surprises at every corner! Bring your friends and family for a hair-raising adventure you won't forget. Swim Beach located at 41218 Park Ave
TourZilla Zombie Hunt
Fri. & Sat. from Oct. 11 - Oct. 26 with a special event Oct. 30 - 31
Save the town from a zombie invasion! You'll ride in the TourZilla monster truck and take aim at the zombies stumbling through the forest. If you can defeat them, you'll take a celebration lap through The Village where people can thank you for your heroism. Call to book your tour Fridays or Saturdays at 6 PM, 7 PM, 8 PM, or 9 PM.
Oktoberfest Halloween Spooktacular
Oct. 25 - 27
The Halloween spirit is coming to Oktoberfest! Book your tickets and ready your costumes for Saturday and Sunday. Adult Costume Contest is Saturday with cash prizes; Kids’ Costume Contest is Sunday with free admission for kids dressed in costume.
Ghoul Golf

Head to Bear Mountain Golf Course Driving Range for an exciting new event - Ghoul Golf! For $120, a party of 4 can enjoy an hour of golf with 125 glow balls and mat access. The Driving Range will be illuminated with glowing lights and you'll play with glowing balls for a unique experience.
Fools of Big Bear - Live Horror Show
Oct. 30, 7 PM - 9 PM
Explore the tragedy of a family and navigate through a dimly lit set. As you dive deeper into the show, you'll encounter tortured souls driven by a thirst of revenge. This show is not suitable for the faint of heart. Guests may experience intense fear, anxiety, and disturbing imagery.
Haunted Halls

The Big Bear Youth Interact Club hosts Haunted Halls October 31. Dare to walk the halls of this old school building with Halloween spooks and frights! This event is free of charge but donations are appreciated.
Spooky Farm at Mom & Dad Project
Join this community organization for some Halloween fun with a bounce house, cotton candy, music, games and treats!
Halloween in The Village

Everyone is invited to The Village on Halloween to trick-or-treat from store to store. A special dog costume contest will take place from 4 - 4:30 PM at the Copper Q.
Halloween Concert in The Village

The Spazmatics are back in Big Bear! Known as “The Ultimate 80s New Wave Tribute,” The Spazmatics come with all the awesome sounds, styles, and dance steps from the decade. Plays in The Village during Halloween in the Village.
Twilight Safaris
