1. Welcome! When you walk in...

The moment you step into the visitor center, you'll be greeted by our friendly front-desk staff who can answer questions pertaining to general information, available activities, ongoing events, dining options and more.

2. Big Bear Mountain Resort

Prepare for Big Bear's winter ski slopes and summer bike park with the in-house Big Bear Mountain Resort information desk and ticket pick up station! Resort staff are also on hand to answer questions about ticketing, reserving lessons, renting equipment and more. Be sure to browse their shop as well with fun clothing and souvenirs.

3. Say Cheese!

Need a way to remember your fantastic trip? Our free in-house photo booth features a green screen, letting you choose from 3 different backgrounds. Afterwards, print your photo on the spot or email it to friends and family.

4. Tis the Season for Fun Decorations

See our wonderfully festive decorations - by Hollywood Studios at Santa Land. Each season, this local decorator creates photo-worthy - and selfie-worthy - displays in the Visitor Center highlighting the beauty or holidays at the time. Please bare in mind, some of the decorations are fragile so be gentle with your photoshoot.

5. Bring your pets, they're visitors too!

If you have pets, there's no need to wait outside, we're pet friendly! While we ask that you have Fluffy on a leash, your four-legged friend is welcome to refresh at our water bowl and be sure to ask about dog treats at the front desk. Our staff can reserve a treat per pup.

6. Our Wall of Brochures

Have a business in mind or want your business listed?

Visit our Brochure Wall where we've got a range of pamphlets highlighting local businesses and great activities. From lodging info to restaurant menus, recreation ideas to shopping hubs, and trail info and wildlife brochures, we've got it all. Better yet, all brochures and pamphlets are free! Be sure to pick up a Visitor Magazine and Z-Map to help guide your visit and navigate the valley.

7. Shop Swag and Support Sustainability

Stop at our Merch Wall to browse t-shirts, sweatshirts, baseball caps and beanies, water bottles and patches and so much more. Our branded swag includes both the Big Bear Lake and Care For Big Bear theme. Explore the Care Kits and pet-friendly items like Big Bear Lake branded leashes and dog bowls plus Puptopia branded bags including bowls and doggie bags. All sales benefit the Care For Big Bear campaign to support a green valley and sustainable tourism industry.

8. Information Kiosks

Plan out your trip with a swipe of the screen! Our information kiosks highlights Big Bear's numerous restaurants as well as trails and recreation and local businesses. You may also search upcoming events and current deals happening around Big Bear. Build out an itinerary on our kiosks and save them straight to your phone!
